  • Please use the application to give us the information that you think we need to know about you. It is the first opportunity for us to know about you. Make it positive but accurate.

  • Ask if there is anything you need to know either by phone to our Offices or by email on the web site. We want you to understand as much as you can about us so you can make these important decisions.

    Interview Tips

    • Be prepared to explain why you are interested in the role and why you feel you would be successful in it
    • Maintain eye contact, confidence and energy levels throughout
    • Engage with the interviewer and respond positively to their questions
    • Be open and honest
    • Don’t be afraid to talk about mistakes you have made in previous roles. If you can reflect on them and explain how you would have done things differently, they can be viewed in a positive light .
    • Listen carefully to questions and consider your answers. Ask for clarification if you need it
    • Keep your answers concise and relevant, referring to specific examples where you can demonstrate your knowledge and experience.


Preparation is vital to a successful interview, whatever the job role. And don’t let your nerves get the better of you. Remember, there is a reason you have been invited for an interview and this is your opportunity to explain why you are the right person for the job, and find out more about it.
